When a Transfer Sparks an Idea

Somewhere along the road, I mentioned Memento Park, an open air museum filled with giant communist statues. Just a fun fact, I thought.

But Anna leaned forward. “Can we go there? It sounds fascinating.”

So Anna and James asked me to take them to Memento Park as a separate trip. The park is about 15 km from the city center. While they explored the sculptures and took plenty of photos, I waited in the car for 1.5 hours.
