What Happens After You Land?
Before your trip, you simply send me your flight number and arrival time. On the day of travel, I follow your flight, so I know if you are early, on time or delayed.
Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to leave the building, you send me a short WhatsApp message.
You do not have to search for your name on a sign or wait in a queue – I drive to the terminal and meet you at the agreed point outside.

While we go straight to your hotel I introduce Budapest with a photo presentation with carefully chosen images of Budapest’s main landmarks: Buda Castle, the Chain Bridge, the Parliament, St. Stephen’s Basilica, Heroes’ Square, the Great Market Hall and more.
While the photos appear on the iPad, I explain what you are seeing: how the city is divided between Buda and Pest, which bridges connect the two sides, where the best viewpoints are, how public transport works, and what areas are most interesting for your stay.
You can ask questions at any time – about history, daily life, restaurants, tipping or safety. It is a relaxed, conversational first taste of Budapest, while you are still on the way to your hotel.
If you prefer a quiet ride or feel tired after the flight, that is perfectly fine as well. The iPad presentation is always optional – you decide whether you want stories or silence.
